At Good Cause, we discover gaps in community resources and fill them.  Past community events include feeding over 200 families the first week of school, partnering with other local organizations to put new, warm coats on children, hosting an annual free, family-friendly festival in the fall at Havre de Grace’s Tydings Park and more!

:: MOTHERS WITH A MISSION ::

We believe moms and expecting-moms thrive when connected with other moms and resources to fill their needs. We host baby showers for mothers in need of supplies and items for their new babies. We also host an annual Single Mom’s Spa Day in May which provides a spa-like experience for deserving local single and military moms. We provide massages, hair cuts and styles, manicures, nutrition consultations, and other pampering services to over 100 worthy women.

:: CHRISTMAS WITH A CAUSE ::

At Good Cause, we have a “No Empty Stocking” policy for hundreds of local children. Because we believe it is better to give than to receive, we create multiple opportunities for people to volunteer and give during the holidays through our “Presents with a Purpose” Toy Drive and our annual Community Christmas Party.
